Instek DAQ-904 - 4 x 8 Two-Wire Matrix

The Instek DAQ-904 module can provide the most flexible connection path between your DUT and the test system, allowing different test instruments to be connected to multiple points on the DUT at the same time. DAQ-904 can connect the rows and columns of multiple modules to build larger matrices, such as 8 x 8, 4 x 16, etc. Up to 96 cross-points can be built in a single instrument.
