The TOS5051A/TOS5050A are designed exclusively for hipot testing of electronic equipment and components conforming to various safety standards. Model TOS5051A has a 5kV output in both AC and DC, Model TOS5050A has a 5kV output in AC only. Furthermore, these are equipped with RS-232C interface as standard.
